1、更新neothemesadmin模組設定是否啟用minithemes的預設值
2、更新minithemes佈景增加<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width; initial-scale=1.0; maximum-scale=1.0; user-scalable=0;">手機畫面響應式設定(之前漏掉設定)。

將neilaltamoda1.3更新檔20140316資料夾中的minithemes上傳網站佈景資料夾(themes)，neothemesadmin上傳modules資料夾覆蓋舊檔即可完成更新。

注意

如有安裝TadNews模組，請將偏好設定裡面的【是否使用pda.php】功能設為否，這樣才不會與手機板minithemes佈景發生衝突。
